Through our free fee check for landlords, which we promote directly to private landlords.
How does the shortlist work?
We approach agents in the landlord's area, compare fees and service, and negotiate the best deal. The landlord then chooses from a shortlist of the best options, or is introduced to the best fit. We'll share the detail with beta agents.
Will Budgy negotiate my fees?
Budgy asks local agents for their best terms for each landlord and negotiates the best deal on the landlord's behalf. You decide what you offer, and competitive offers are more likely to make the shortlist.
Does Budgy get in the way of my landlord relationships?
No. Once the landlord chooses you, we introduce you directly and the relationship is yours.
